"Comfortable stay at an old fashioned but cute apartment. Close to everything we needed for the purpose of our trip - a few mins walk to the promenade/beach. Good value for money for Nice. In terms of amenities - Towels soap and toilet paper provided but thats it. And there is a nespresso machine, but no coffee/tea/sugar - so we bought coffeee pods from a Carreforre. We did not cook at the apartment but the kitchen was modern enough but no oil/salt/pepper so you would have to buy everything and then leave what you didn't use. Two sofas and a TV but we didnt turn it on. In terms of staff they were very responsive - I asked the managers to make up 2x twin beds as we were 2x friends travelling together not a couple, however, when we arrived it was made into only 1 bed - but I messaged then and they were very responsive and came a few hours later with extra bedding and made up 2 beds for us."

"You have to collect your key from another location about 7-8mins walk away, which can be annoying if you have a heavy bag. It was hard to find the apartment, you have to go through the door next to the lift out into a courtyard, and then the apartment is across the courtyard. Checkout time was to return the key to the other location before 10:30am, so leaving around 10:15am which was a bit early for me (we had been out the night before and would have preferred 11am checkout which is more common)."

"Venue à Nice pour le travail, nous sommes rapidement tombés sous le charme de cette maison dotée d’une très grande terrasse qui nous a permis de faire un barbecue entre amis. Ce couple est très à l’écoute, avec eux vous ne manquerez de rien. Nous sommes d’autant plus les premiers à avoir inauguré cette magnifique maison. A très vite🙂. Bodyguardinparis"
